Job description

Role : Sr Oracle EBS Developer.Primary Skills : HR , Finance, Customization,. Key Responsibilities :- Support, manage, customize, and enhancing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment.- Focus on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) with specialization in the Human Resources (HR) and Finance modules.- Lead the customization and enhancement of Oracle EBS modules to align with business processes and requirements.- Develop and implement new features, reports, and interfaces within Oracle EBS.- Provide expert support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS-related issues.- Regularly analyze system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency.- Utilize tools such as Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) to monitor, diagnose, and enhance system performance.Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 6-10 years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), with a focus on HR and Finance modules. - Strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS architecture, configurations, and customizations.- Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, and other relevant technologies. - Experience in leading customization projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and post-implementation support. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications : - Oracle EBS certifications such as Oracle EBS R12 Applications Database Administrator - Certified Professional (OCE), Oracle EBS R12 Human Capital Management Certified Implementation Specialist, or similar certifications. - Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications or other ERP systems. - Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. - Familiarity with Oracle EBS upgrades and migrations. - Experience in providing training and mentoring to junior team members.
