Job description
Job Summary
A leading IP Service Company is looking for 2 Lead Salesforce Business Analysts who need to work in Bangalore or Coimbatore or Noida.
Job Responsibilities
Client-Facing Responsibilities
· Support the configuration of the Salesforce environment according to client specifications and project scope
· Design and provide training for clients at various levels, including administrator and end users based on project implementation goals.
· Conduct discovery meetings with clients to determine requirements as appropriate
· Follow best practices and standards in software design, development, and deployment.
· Develop full migration and implementation plans that address both tactical and strategic needs of the client.
Internal Responsibilities
· Own project delivery through full implementation lifecycle on multiple simultaneous projects.
· Configure solutions with Salesforce products, as needed to complete project goals.
· Plan and execute data migrations from legacy data systems to Salesforce.
· Investigate and implement third party tools that integrate with Salesforce.
· Partner with the internal development team to create custom code, including composing of user stories, testing, and deployment
· Provide weekly governance reports in a timely manner on overall project(s) status to project PM
Essential Skills
·3+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant
· Salesforce Admin Certification is required. Additional Salesforce Certifications are preferred
· Experience working with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement custom solutions
· Strong knowledge of Agile project delivery practices, requirements gathering, user story prioritization and solid UAT guidelines required
· Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations and other online collaboration tools like JIRA and Teams are required
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work as well as work independently is necessary
· Demonstrated business aptitude with the ability to translate practical business concepts into technical specifications.
· Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
· Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing client demands.
· Learning agility, including a demonstrated ability to pick up and master business and technical subject matters quickly
