Job Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Web Developer for our thriving B2B event management company. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company websites, ensuring a seamless online experience for our clients and their event attendees. This role requires a creative and technically proficient individual who can contribute to the enhancement of our online presence.
Key Responsibilities: Website Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive and visually appealing websites for our event management company. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective web solutions. Implement and maintain content updates, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Technical Expertise: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying best practices to enhance website performance and user experience. Troubleshoot and resolve any website-related issues promptly. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of website content with overall brand messaging and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with event management teams to integrate website functionalities that enhance event planning and attendee engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field. Proven experience in web development with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects. Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and proficiency in relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js). Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla) and e-commerce platforms. Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) for basic image editing. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
