Job description

Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative

Prepare and manage monthly organic, content, viral, and paid media plans for our clients and Xerago

Set, monitor and report on team goals

Design marketing and positioning strategies

Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, media and promotional material)

Identify ways to reach new audiences digitally with organic and innovative approaches

Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

Improve sales support (scripts, leads and messaging) to drive leads, traffic and conversion and deliver MQL

Academic & Educational Reqmts.

8+ years of experience as Marketing Manager or relevant role

Experience running successful marketing campaigns, organic and paid.

Solid knowledge of SEO, Web analytics, Google Adwords, and Social Media Promotions

Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals

Analytical mind with marketing thinking clarity
