. Resources planning as per Project requirement.
. Train and evaluate staff.
. Regularly analyze quality data and suggest actions based on collected data.
. Maintain all documentation related Data Research team.
. Good knowledge of Excel and Presentation.
. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
. Thorough knowledge of methodologies of calling,training, and quality management.
. Make sure that teams meet company's goals and provide sufficient support.
. Address and resolve employee Dissatisfaction and staff Attrition.
. Supervise the research team and research findings.
. Able to create a healthy workplace environment and Workplace culture.
. Flexible in working hours (Extension of shifts as per work requirement / Weekend working if required).
