Job description
Optimise paid search and social campaigns across platforms including Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.
Monitor campaign performance and strategies to improve metrics (CTR, conversions, CPA) and grow LEX Reception across each country.
A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-potential keywords and ad groups.
Develop and deliver insightful reports and dashboards to stakeholders, clearly communicating key results.
Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and operational teams to ensure campaign effectiveness.
Proven track record of successfully optimising paid social and search campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data tools (LookerStudio, Google Sheets).
Have the desire to learn and grow.
Great communication skills, with the ability to build a great rapport with colleagues across the world.
Proactive with new ideas.
Strong attention to detail.
