Cyber Security ExecutiveRequirements :1. Education and Certification:- A robust educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field is typically required.- Advanced cyber course certifications to demonstrate their expertise.2. Industry Experience :- Previous experience in the field of cyber security with 3-5 engagement experience- Candidates with at least 5-10 years of relevant experience, which may include roles such as security analyst, network administrator, or system administrator.- Practical knowledge of industry best practices and compliance regulations is highly valued.3. Leadership and Communication Skills :- A cyber security manager is expected to lead and manage a team of security professionals.- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with stakeholders across different departments, including IT, legal, and executive management.Roles and Responsibilities :1. Develop and Implement Security Policies :- Formulate and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and regulatory requirements.- Create incident response plans, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with relevant data protection laws.2. Manage Security Infrastructure :- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of security tools, systems, and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure continuous monitoring, analysis, and response to potential security breaches.3.
