Job description
Duties and Responsibilities
Release incremental updates to SaaS products and automation tools.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals to maintain deployed SaaS products.
Update and monitor our observability tools in to maintain and improve the quality of our SaaS products.
Create more stable operating environments by continuously improving the infrastructure in terms of availability, scalability, and performance.
Analyze current technology and processes used internally and develop steps and processes to improve and expand upon them.
Produce and maintain documentation on installations, procedures, and requirements for systems.
Organize and coordinate development activities within schedule and product constraints.
Engage in customer escalations related to the operation of the SaaS products.
Other projects and assignments may result and be assigned to accommodate the changing needs of the department and the Company.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent education optional.
Linux, Docker, AWS, Software Version Control (git), IP networking
2-5 years experience in a DevOps, Operations, or Systems position.
No travel is expected in this position
Experience in Infrastructure as code (Terraform, similar), Configuration management (Puppet, or similar), CI/CD Toolchain (Jenkins) will be preferred
