About New Initiatives Vertical:

Porter is a leading player in Intra City Trucking and 2 Wheeler Business. With a strong product-market fit for these use cases, Porter has naturally discovered additional logistical needs of SMEs and retail customers. The company believes that it is best suited to fulfill these needs and aims to become a comprehensive app for logistics. The New Initiatives team is responsible for driving these efforts and scaling them up, focusing on three key themes currently:

About the Leader and leadership style:

Rahul Agrawal leads New Initiatives. He is objective driven and approaches challenges with a strategic mindset, prioritizing problem-solving and measurable outcomes.
