FLS for Banca (Life Insurance)
(Candidates based at West Bengal are only eligible)
• Candidates having 1 year+ experience in the field of Banca sales channel (Life Insurance) are eligible only
• Min Experience - 1 year as FLS Banca sales channel (Life Insurance) in West Bengal
• Freshers & students are not eligible
• Proficiency in English & local language is a must
• Min Education - Graduation
• Should be self-motivated, target oriented with a go-getter attitude
• Salary - upto 4 LPA (Depending upon last salary & experience)
• PF + Sales Incentive also available

Key Responsibilities:
• Building strong relationships with bank employees
• Lead Generation for Life Insurance
• Going to Sales/Customer Calls
• Product training & Motivating branch staff to achieve targets
• Regular follow-up until Sales Closure
