Job description

As a Manager for Influencer Marketing, you will be responsible for creating and executing influencer marketing campaigns to promote our brand, products, or services. Your role will involve partnering with influencers, understanding and communicating the brief, overlook the entire campaign execution and measuring the impact of campaigns to achieve the campaign marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Collaboration:

Work closely with influencers to conceptualize and create engaging and authentic content that resonates with their audience and our brand message.

Provide creative direction and guidelines to ensure content quality and brand consistency.

Compliance Management:

Ensure influencers adhere to contractual obligations and deadlines.

Ensure that influencers follow industry regulations and guidelines regarding disclosures and endorsements.

Campaign Execution:

Monitor and manage influencer content across various social media platforms and other relevant channels.

Engage with influencers to maintain a positive and productive relationship throughout the campaign.

Performance Measurement:

Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using key metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversion, etc.).

Provide regular reports and insights to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Stay Updated:

Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and new influencer opportunities to keep our influencer marketing strategies innovative and effective.

Qualifications:

Master s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

1- 2 years of proven experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful influencer campaigns.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.

Proficiency in data analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.

Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content ideas.

Attention to detail and project management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external influencers.

Must Have Qualifications:

Relationship Building:

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to connect with influencers and negotiate partnerships.

Experience in managing relationships with influencers and maintaining a positive brand image.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

Proficiency in developing comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns, including setting goals, defining target audiences, and creating compelling content briefs.

Project management skills to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and on schedule.

Content Creation Understanding:

Basic understanding of content creation processes to guide influencers in creating content that aligns with brand messaging and goals.

Budget Management:

Ability to manage influencer marketing budgets effectively.

Experience in negotiating influencer compensation and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Good to have Qualifications:

Tech-Savviness:

Proficiency in using relevant tools and platforms for influencer discovery, management, and analytics.

Problem-solving Skills:

Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities to address issues that may arise during a campaign.

Team Collaboration:

Ability to work collaboratively with other marketing team members, social media managers, and creative teams to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing strategies.

Organizational Skills:

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
