Candidates must have proven experience 1-3 years of experience in the accounting and compliance KPO Industry2. Must have excellent knowledge of Business Development tools like Google Ads, SMM and LinkedIn social media management and lead generation3. Highly polished pitch/ Strong communication and presentation skills4. Excellent communication and Influencing Skills5. Strong business acumen, written and oral communication skills6. Self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets7. Ability to work at speed and under pressure8. Candidate must have a commerce background and understand basics of accounting servicesSpecific Skills Required: LinkedIn lead generation, Google Ads, SMM, Sales Pitch draftingDetailed job responsibility individuals need to perform for this role :1. Increase Social Media engagements2. Increase Social Media presence3. Competitor analysis to decide the USPs Conducting research on competitors’ products and services to identify opportunities for improving the company’s offerings.4. Prepare Sales Pitch followed by presentation to the prospective clients5. Lead Generation6. Meeting with prospective clients to determine their needs and interests, identifying potential sales opportunities and recommending solutions7. Assess and nurture new business opportunities with a strong revenue target in mind8. Maintain strong and prosperous working relationships with key clients9. Develop strategies with fresh initiatives to meet the revenue goalTentative Budget / Package for this role : ₹6,00,000 per annum (Including 20 % Variable component)Priority of Requirement to fill in Position (Timeline) : Within 1 month / 15 Days Means candidates with longer notice period are eligible to apply.
