Job description
Manage Taxation, Investment, MIS & Accounting
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Taxation
- Correct calculation, recording and payment of TDS.
- Handling TDS working and E-TDS returns including revised returns.
- Co-ordinating for 15CB and preparation of 15CA.
- Maintaining track of notices and orders received from IT department.
- Resolving items in reconciliation and posting tax related entries in ERP
- Provide support to all stakeholders in tax matters.
- Assisting the consultant in representation before Income tax authorities for scrutiny assessment, rectification application, order giving effects, obtaining refunds, other follow-up and providing data in formats required for promoter related entities.
- Income Tax compliances, finalizing tax returns, preparing 3CD annexures, handling Tax Audit, preparing computation of advance tax, preparation of computation of Income and filing of online returns and complying with the due dates for promoter related entities.
- Investment
- Analyzing each investment proposal
- Monthly evaluation of all Investments, its return, performance,
- Investment MIS monthly
- Accounting and Record keeping of all investments
- Valuations of all investments on quarterly basis.
- Maintaning of statutory registers and other ensuring other compliances
- Accounting & Finalization
- Preparation of various schedules for finalization of standalone & consolidated financials.
- Other Finance team related activities
Educational Qualification:
CA (Max 3rd attempt passout)
Experience:
3-5 years relevant experience
Skills:
Good Communication skills (both written and oral)
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
SAP(FICO) and Dynamics 365 (desirable)
