Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Desk Engineer located in Noida. The Service Desk Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users. The Service Desk Engineer will also be responsible for customer service and help desk support.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Minimum 1-4 year of Experience is required
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Help Desk Support and Service Desk Management
  • Knowledge of SAP solutions is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
