Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Desk Engineer located in Noida. The Service Desk Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users. The Service Desk Engineer will also be responsible for customer service and help desk support.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Minimum 1-4 year of Experience is required
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Experience in Help Desk Support and Service Desk Management
- Knowledge of SAP solutions is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in any field
