Join our team at MarinePALS as an Executive Assistant supporting our digital learning platform specializing in Microlearning Videos, Gaming apps, and Virtual Reality programs.

Your primary responsibility will be tracking ongoing video projects from storyboarding to internal and external review stages, ensuring seamless coordination with various stakeholders for successful video production.

Additionally, your role will involve aiding in creative visualization and supporting marketing efforts across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.

Responsibilities:

• Track ongoing video projects from storyboarding to review stages.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth production.
• Assist in voice-over content conceptualization and online visual sourcing.
• Manage multiple projects effectively.
• Utilize creative thinking and visualization skills.
• Utilize LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms for marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred background in project management or digital learning.
• Experience in content creation or video production is beneficial.
