We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our Procurement team in Bangalore, reporting to the senior manager of Strategic Sourcing. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding user and business requirements and creating purchase requisitions and orders in Oracle Fusion ERP at the global level. You will work with the global Procurement team and be part of an agile, experienced group of in-house procurement professionals, as well as proactively assess risks with the P2P process and advise on appropriate fixes.

What you'll do:
- Support category managers on various processes, including identifying sourcing opportunities, determining total cost of ownership, demand management, developing multi-year sourcing portfolio, and providing structural cost reduction
- Assist the Procurement helpdesk in understanding business needs and support them to drive closure
- Help category managers with sourcing and procurement when needed
- Support supplier diversity efforts
- Help and train business stakeholders on the P2P process
- Ensure Procurement policy compliance throughout the P2P cycle
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives to ensure that goods and services are obtained at the lowest possible cost consistent with requirements for quality, performance, service, and availability
- Coordinate with executive admins of all departments and help them create purchase requisitions in Oracle ERP
- Collaborate with the FP&A team for budget approvals and appropriate GL coding to be used for PR creation
- Oversee the creation of PRs in the ERP system
- Convert approved PRs into purchase orders
- Document Legal files and contracts into the contract repository tool
- Support Procurement operations and processes, including creating high value Purchase Orders in Oracle Fusion
- Supporting strategic sourcing initiatives
- Manage contracts and key supplier relationships to improve business outcomes and reduce risks by developing appropriate SLAs and KPIs
What you'll bring:
- A degree in engineering
- 5 - 10 years of relevant work experience in sourcing and procurement operations
- Relevant experience in procurement and a complete understanding of the procurement cycle
- Knowledge of global supply base and market dynamics is a plus
- Hands-on experience with creating PR & POs using ERP required
- Accounting and accruals knowledge is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with global stakeholders
- The ability to think strategically and also work on day-to-day transactional issues
- A passion for customer service is desired, and an understanding of the importance of CSAT is required
- Proficiency in MS office skills, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, problem-solving skills, and presentation skills

- Develop a strong understanding of our business model and procurement operating categories
- Build cross functional relationships with all stakeholders
- Manage Oracle Fusion ERP independently for entire procurement module

- Be able to support all the business' procurement requirements independently
- Support, regularly interact with, and help shape and implement the business objectives of your cross-functional partners
- Become an expert on Infoblox's P2P process with a focus on Procurement
- Establish yourself as a trusted partner and advisor to your cross-functional peers
