Job Description:

As an HR recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent to join our organization. You will work closely with department managers and leaders to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your primary goal will be to identify, engage, and hire candidates who align with our company's culture and values.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring goals and objectives.

2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.

3. Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.

4. *Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.

5. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

6. Reporting: Generate and maintain recruitment reports to track key performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. *Education:* Bachelor's degree / ONLY FRESHER NEEDED( FEMALE)

2. Recruitment Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methodologies.

3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders.

4. Organization: Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.

5. Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

6. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
