Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Program Manager to join our team at Pharoscion Global. As a Social Media Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic social media plans and programs to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in social media marketing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in social media marketing.
• Proven experience developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Experience in brand management and strategic planning is a plus.

• Track and report on the performance of social media campaigns and initiatives.
