OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
Need the person who is hands on excel and has worked in Group Claims. Have a knowledge of functioning of Group business in Insurance industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Manage Group MFI and Credit Claims Profile
. Assessment of Claims
. MIS and system report analysis, Expert in Excel
. Team Management
. Work Allocation and get the work done
. Automation in Process to eliminate manual work
INTERACTIONS
Internal Relations:
Co-ordination with internal Claims department and IT team
External Relations:
Interaction and co-ordination with Sales & vendor pertaining to Claims work.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
Educational Qualifications: Graduate
Work Experience: 7 Years or more
Certifications:
Other skill set: Good communication skills, MS Office (Excel, PPT, Macros).
