Role Description

Fast-growing Real Estate property management company based in Dallas, USA, looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team. This is a part-time/Full-time remote role for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing the financials of the company by maintaining accurate books, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role will be located in Hyderabad but allow for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and processes
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks, Appfolio, Yardi
• Experience preparing financial statements and analyzing financial data
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification is a plus
• Experience in property management or real estate industry is a plus
