The State Head (Sales & Collection) plays a crucial role in leading and managing the sales and collection operations within the state. This position is pivotal in driving revenue and ensuring timely collection of payments thus directly impacting the overall financial health of the business. The State Head is responsible for overseeing and executing strategic sales plans driving business growth and ensuring efficient collection processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Leading and managing the sales team to drive performance and meet sales objectives
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners
- Overseeing the collection process to ensure timely and efficient payment collection
- Analyzing sales and collection data to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinating with other departments to support sales and collection activities
- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management
- Managing and optimizing the sales and collection budget
- Implementing training and development programs for the sales and collection teams
- Resolving escalated issues and disputes related to sales and collection

Required Qualifications:
