Job description
EisnerAmper is seeking an Assistant to join the Individual 1040 Tax practice in our Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the execution, direction, and coordination of all transportation matters within the organization.
Managing budgets, organizing schedules routes, ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements, and making sure that drivers are aware of their duties.
Maintaining and completing accurate records
Making sure vehicles are properly maintained, clean and safe.
Ensuring and coordinating with transporter that vehicle arrives on time.
Handling Employee Complaint
Able to handle Single handed entire transport facility in night for female employees
Analytical thinking skills
Complex problem-solving skills
Good attention to detail
Desired Candidate Profile
The primary purpose of the role is pro-actively monitor the transport and traffic network and assist in the identification and implementation of incident management activities to maximize network efficiency and to enable seamless, safe, and reliable journeys for employees.
Candidate should be Graduate in any discipline with 3 - 5 years experience in transport operations. Excellent geographical knowledge (intra-city). Ability to appraise and use computer system and electronic communication methods.
