Technical Support Executive: 2 Profiles
Shift Timings: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (9:00 AM to 6:00PM EST) Skill Sets Required - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Should be detail-oriented, responsive and take end-to-end ownership.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Able to understand client request.
- Computer/internet savvy.
- Should be well-versed with HubSpot.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Preferably from an international voice process (Technical support Mandatory).
- Minimum experience 6 months to 1 year
Education Diploma + 1-year Experience
Or
B.E. (Fresher or experienced)- Mechanical, Chemical, Civil Automobile, EXTC, Electrical
Job Responsibilities - Set-up new accounts in Convirza and activate call-tracking campaigns.
- Add information to the Call Tracking Master Log spreadsheet on the Google Drive
- Log the Call Tracking Number and Activation Date in TGRAMS Notes field.
- Conduct test-calls on newly activated tracking numbers and those updated with new routing numbers.
- Inform all relevant teams via email about new call tracking activations.
- Make necessary edits, such as updating target numbers, names, and recording indications.
- Deactivate tracking numbers when they are no longer an advertiser, or upon Change Order request.
