Job description

• The primary responsibilities of this position include managing, configuring and auditing entitlement systems utilized to display market data across Fincentric applications.
• The ideal candidate will be one who is detail oriented, has strong communication skills and market data management experience.

How youll do it at Fincentric

• Work closely with the Fincentric Exchange Compliance team, market data providers and customers.
• Document and update entitlement systems using internal tools.
• Run ad hoc SQL queries to evaluate data usage.
• Generate and publish exchange reporting documentation.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external clients both verbally and written.

Skills and Experience

• A Bachelors degree in an analytical or quantitative field, or 5+ years of applicable experience.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with third party data providers and customers to validate data entitlementsmarket data compliance.
• Ability to execute changes in vendor and internally developed entitlement systems.
• Utilize basic level SQL skills and demonstrate an d understanding of relational databases.
• Working experience with JIRA or other equivalent issue/project tracking software and related tool sets.
• Ability to use moderate/advanced Excel skills (pivot table, v look-up, etc.).
• Demonstrated understanding of financial markets and market data.
• Strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and maintain composure while fielding multiple requests for information daily.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to be challenged with new tasks and responsibilities.
