Responsibilities Build, audit and maintain comprehensive financial models for large infrastructure projects (for green-field and brown-field developments, refinancing, acquisitions, divestments and stake sales) in full compliance with project and financial agreements, incorporating applicable accounting and taxation policies for the applicable geographies. Conduct financial analysis, optimization and business valuation in support of business development teams / bid teams for development projects and associated transactions. Fund-raising support including structuring, supporting negotiations with other potential equity investors, banks, export credit agencies and other financial institutions. Experience & Qualifications: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a technology-based industry. Demonstrated knowledge of investment analysis techniques, financial modeling, forecasting techniques, project financing structures and valuation methodologies.Job tags
