Role and Responsibilities:
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for leading sales activities in North Gujarat specifically in the Ahmedabad Kutch Jamnagar and Bhavnagar areas. Depending on experience and role requirements the sales area may extend to other parts of Gujarat. The ASM will be required to develop and execute strategic sales plans build and maintain relationships with key clients identify new business opportunities manage a sales team and achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field. Proven experience in sales management particularly in the specified region is essential. Strong leadership and communication skills along with the ability to analyze sales performance data and drive continuous improvement are crucial for success in this role.
