Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media and Customer Experience Intern, located in Thane. The intern will be responsible for crafting engaging content for our diverse social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Additionally, the intern will be responsible for Monitoring and promptly addressing customer inquiries and feedback across all social media channels with professionalism and efficiency.

Assisting in the development and implementation of innovative social media strategies to bolster brand presence and interaction. Collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
