The Role
We are seeking a proactive and independent Business Development Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who is passionate about identifying new business opportunities and engaging with potential clients to promote our NDT services. The successful candidate will play a key role in our growth strategy by exploring new markets, building relationships, and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional inspection and testing services.
Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify new business opportunities in the maritime and construction sectors. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and potential customer needs.
- Outreach: Develop and execute outreach strategies to connect with potential clients. Utilize various communication channels to raise awareness of our services and establish initial contact.
- Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and how our services can add value. Maintain professional communication and follow-ups to build strong relationships.
- Pitch Decks: Create compelling pitch decks and presentations tailored to prospective clients, effectively communicating the benefits and applications of our NDT services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals. Participate in meetings and provide insights from market research and client interactions.
- Reporting: Track and report on outreach efforts, including potential leads, client feedback, and market insights.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging content and presentations.
- Independent, proactive, and self-driven, with the capability to work with minimal supervision.
- Interest or background in the maritime, engineering, or inspection industries is advantageous.
