Job description
Responsibilities : Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers and designers (UI and UX), providing guidance and support. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.Design, develop, and maintain dynamic and responsive web applications using Frontend Technologies. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement designs into the application to guide the team to follow the inCode Implementation: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Translate design concepts into a functional and engaging user experience.Feature Development: Work closely with backImplement new features and user interfaces.Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix software defects.Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure the reliability of applications.Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices.Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for developed features and code.Technical Skills : Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Strong understanding of UI/UX principles & Strong experience with Angular (versions 2 and above).Experience with state management tools (e.g., NgRx).Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problemAbility to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of frontend and design projects.
