COMPANY is a New-Age branding company which is complete SUSTAINABLE BRANDING using fabric as a media to advertise. Company has 4 verticals – Flags and Banners, Fabric Signage , Stadium Branding and Led Backlit Fabric Signage. Having offices in 4 Cities in India and the UAE. Company has an enthusiastic young team and are looking for candidates who are ambitious, problem solvers and most importantly, hungry for enormous learning.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing all the sales growth activites & marketing campaigns with a strong focus on analytics and cross-functional coordination. Below are the key responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Acquisition & Performance Marketing: Develop and execute customer acquisition programs/campaigns through PPC (Google/FB/Instagram), Programmatic Ads, Display Ads, WhatsApp Business API, Email, Affiliate, Referral, Social media, etc

2. Retention & Loyalty: Drive buyer retention campaigns to maximize repeat buying, and customer loyalty across all digital mediums. Implementation of loyalty program, referral program, & WhatsApp marketing.

3. Product/Platform Marketing: Optimization of all the digital properties such as Websites, Social Media profiles, Blog etc. in order to maximize traffic conversion, funnel improvement, and to provide a seamless top-notch experience to customers.

4. MARKET RESEARCH and analysis of the competition, and to devise/create key benchmarking indicators and/or competitive reports to stay ahead of the competitive curve.

5. Marketplace Growth: Create and drive promotions/advertising and manage the overall growth across all Marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meshoo, etc. Liaise between internal teams and/or agencies for a smooth supply of ads, creatives and reports.

6. BRAND Marketing : Drive the overall brand marketing strategy and oversee the execution and measurement of Social media marketing, Influencer engagement, PR & Alliances.

7. ANALYTICS : Create various kinds of Sales & marketing reports using Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook Business Manager and any related analytics platform/software etc.

8. P&L Accountability - Strong focus and accountability of gross sales and contribution margin.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. 5-10 years of Digital/Online Marketing experience in verticals such as E-Commerce, Retail, Food, Travel, Consumer Goods or App-based businesses.

2. Excellent understanding and execution of Google, Instagram & Facebook advertising landscape.

3. Strong analytical sense and a target driven mindset.

4. Possesses a 'hands-on' approach and an ability to multitask in a fast paced start up environment

5. Proficient in Excel, Pivot analysis, V-Lookup & other MS Office

6. Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

7. Candidates based out of Mumbai, and willing to join immediately will be given preference

8. Bachelor degree required, MBA graduates will be given preference.
