Role Description
The Assistant Manager supports the planning /Implementing and overseeing entire Security Operations for the assigned area of responsibility. In this role, the individual is accountable to deliver established goals, utilizes good judgment to assess and escalate situations when warranted and utilizes knowledge and skills in the area of expertise while maintaining expected quality standards.

Technical Competencies - Security Systems Management
- Basic knowledge of law - provisions of IPC, CrPC, Arms Act, Labour Laws, PSARA, etc. Relevant to Security Services.
- Fire & Disaster Management- Basics
- Technical Convergence for security- Basics
- Knowledge of TQM relevant to department
Behavioural Competencies - High customer orientation
- Excellent communication skills - Written, Spoken
- Proficiency in MS office
- Analytical skills
- Good PR skills
- Soft skills
Other Details - Full time Graduate in any discipline
5 years' experience in Defence Services – Subedar/ Chief Petty Officer / Warrant Officer/Coast Guard- Adhikari
Or
5 years' experience as subordinate Officer/Officer of CISF
or
5 years'experience as officer in Corporate /Industrial Security
