Position Overview:

We seek an experienced and enthusiastic Fashion Consultant to join the team in Hyderabad immediately. As the Fashion Consultant you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our store. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the stores operations including sales customer service inventory management and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

Should have experience in fittings and alterations.

Should have a twowheeler and a valid license

Illustration & Designing Should know Sketching / Illustrator / Photoshop / Clo3D / Canva / Adobe or other tools.

Store Operations: Oversee daytoday store operations ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service create a welcoming atmosphere and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels conduct regular stock checks and manage replenishment orders.

Visual Merchandising: To create an appealing and inspiring shopping environment ensure visual merchandising standards are met.

Store Maintenance: Oversee store cleanliness safety and security.

Billing & Reporting: Prepare and submit daily weekly and monthly reports to higher management.

Sales Management:

Set and achieve sales targets monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost sales.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
• Analyse market data and competitor activities to develop competitive strategies and differentiate our services.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in fashion.
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Bespoke Fashion store management
• Fluency in English and Hindi is compulsory. knowledge of Telegu is good to have but if you dont know its OK.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions and work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Selfmotivated and resultsoriented.
• Proficiency in using CRM software other sales tools and Billing software.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Professionalism integrity and a commitment to maintaining client relationship

• Remuneration As per market Rate
• Yearly Bonus of up to 1 months salary based on performance.
• Yearly Appraisal and increase in salary
• NO PF/ No ESI

• Trendy and presentable smart formals.
• 6 days work from the Store. 1 day off per week only on a weekday of your choice. 1 Paid leave a month.

Operational days and hours All days of the year. A. Hyderabad store 11 to 8 PM on all days

• Candidate can bring own laptop to work. The store laptop is used for billing and reports.
