Job Title: Head of Sales
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- l Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
- l Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- l Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to sales and overall business success.
Team Leadership:
- l Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance sales team.
- l Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and facilitate professional development for team members.
- l Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and accountability.
Revenue Generation:
- l Establish sales targets and KPIs, monitor performance, and take corrective actions as needed.
- l Develop and maintain key customer relationships to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- l Implement effective pricing strategies and promotions to maximize revenue.
Sales Operations:
- l Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- l Utilize sales analytics and CRM tools to track and report on sales performance.
- l Work closely with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Market Expansion:
- l Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- l Develop and execute strategies to enter new markets and expand the company's customer base.
- l Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Budget Management:
- l Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- l Provide regular financial updates and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
- l Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- l Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- l Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- l Ability to inspire and lead a diverse sales team.
- l Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- l Familiarity with sales analytics and CRM tools.
