Job description
Responsibilities :- Architect and design : Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices.- Technology vision : Define and evangelize the long-term technology roadmap, identifying and evaluating new technologies and trends.- Team leadership : Build, mentor, and lead high-performing software development teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.- Hands-on coding : Maintain your coding skills and actively participate in critical development tasks. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, while also guiding and mentoring team members in coding practices.- Requirement analysis : Translate functional product requirements into well-defined software modules and technical specifications.- Delivery focus : Prioritize development tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver software on time and within budget.- Cloud expertise : Deep understanding and experience with Microsoft Azure resources, including cloud-native development and deployment.- Communication : Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Problem-solving : Approach complex technical challenges with creative solutions and a results-oriented mindset.Qualifications :- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in architectural leadership roles.- Proven track record of building and delivering successful software products from ideation to launch and beyond.- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.- Deep knowledge of modern software architecture principles and design patterns.- Hands-on experience with the following programming languages and frameworks.- NodeJs- Typescript- MongoDB or equivalent- REST API / Swagger- Angular- React Native- Github- Expertise in using Microsoft Azure resources, including Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL and document Database.- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.- Passion for technology and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
