Roles& Responsibility:s
- Interacting with customer / order managemesnt / addressing customer priorities / on time updates to customer.
- Advance production plan preparation based on customer demand and publishing to PPC& Production team.
- Managing Customer supplier portal
- Providing promise dates
- Pointing out the MOQ issues
- Managing Advance shipment note
- Managing the lead time irregularities
- OTD reports and analysis
- Ensure on time remittance of Invoices from customer.
E R P system
- Customer Order update in ERP
- Order management in ERP
- Finance
- Tracking with customer buyer on payment
- Regular follow up
- Escalations.
Reports
- Send Customer order status every week to key members.
- Monitor the order cancelation.
- Monitor the lead times.
- Analysis of orders based on management requirement.
Note:-
Candidate should have experience in PPC/Planning Dept.& Customer interaction added advantage.
