Job description

Job Title: Branch Banking Manager - Banking Sector (Karnataka)

Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire a team of branch staff to achieve sales targets.

- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns.

- Implement and enforce compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

- Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and relationship management.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.

- Graduation from a recognized university.

- Proven success in sales and branch management.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- In-depth knowledge of Karnataka's banking and financial sector.

Compensation:

Competitive Salary: INR 3.75 to 4.5 LPA
