Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Order to Cash

In this role, you are expected to be an independent worker who demonstrates ownership of responsibilities, self-reliance, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to perform efficient and accurate post audits of closed and written-off deductions, identifying opportunities for recovery of invalid deductions, which will contribute to the organization&rsquos revenue growth.You will work closely with your supervisor and independently to perform root cause analysis and share documented findings.

Responsibilities


. Follow established policies & procedures as laid out in SOPs and other relevant process documents.

. Areas of operation -

o Deductions management (Claims / Dispute)

o Contract management

o Order entry & exception management

. Support month-end close activities

. Deductions SME

o Extract documentation for deductions including backup, remittances, proof of deliveries, and other required items.

o Identify and convert new recovery opportunities through historical customer behaviors on invalid deductions following SOPs, deduction reason coding, and trends.

o Leverage appropriate advanced and sophisticated methods and approaches to cleanse, synthesize, visualize, and investigate data as appropriate to deliver analytical recommendations aligned with the business need.

o Engage supervisor and client as required to resolve complex issues.

. Willing to work in US shifts and follow US calendar for Holidays.

. Client management

. Leverage appropriate advanced and sophisticated methods and approaches to cleanse, synthesize, visualize, and investigate data as appropriate to deliver analytical recommendations aligned with the business need.

. Engage supervisor and client as required to resolve complex issues - E.g. Sales interactions for trade deductions to resolve escalated items, Approvals for contract / promo creations, Pricing approvals for order exceptions etc

Minimum Qualification:


. Bachelor or Graduate degree

. Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

. Relevant years of experience in the following areas of operation (Deductions, Contract, Order Mgmt)

. Must be self-reliant, resourceful, and proactive in approaching tasks.

. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data.

. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills


. Exposure to (SAP / Oracle / Salesforce / TPM)

o Experience in Trade or Non-Trade deductions for Trade Management, OR

o Order Entry or Fulfilment experience for Order Management, OR

o Contract review & Entry experience for Contract Management

. Knowledge of all deductions trade or non-trade such as shortages, damaged deliveries, Invoice errors, promotions, contracts, order entry, EDI errors etc., and interlinkages across all Order to Cash processes - Collections, Cash applications in CPG, Health Care, or food industry.

o

. Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines.

. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.

. Ability to multi-task and prioritize items with specific time constraints.

. Client-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external client requests.

. Willing to work in US shifts and follow US calendar for Holidays.
