# Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations as per the Factories Act of 1948, overseeing the implementation of measures to maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
# Providing immediate medical care, first aid, and necessary treatment in cases of workplace injuries, illnesses, or emergencies, and maintaining comprehensive records of such incidents.
# Conducting regular health check-ups, medical examinations, and preventive health programs to promote employee wellness and disease prevention within the workplace.
# Managing and coordinating the medical facilities within the industrial setup, including the procurement and maintenance of medical supplies and equipment.
# Collaborating with different departments, such as HR, Occupational Safety, and Environmental Management, to ensure a holistic approach towards employee health, safety, and well-being.
# Developing and implementing emergency response plans and procedures in preparation for any potential workplace accidents or health-related emergencies.
# Conducting health awareness programs, workshops, and training sessions to educate employees on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and preventing common health concerns relevant to the work environment.
# Advising the management on matters related to occupational health, hygiene, and necessary corrective measures to improve the overall health and safety standards within the factory.
