Location: Â Based out of Chennai and should cover all over Tamil Nadu, India
Role Overview:
As an Area Manager of insurance, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of insurance partners across Tamil Nadu. Your primary focus will be recruiting partners capable of generating a minimum of 2 Lakhs premium in a month. You will be involved in training, activating, and supporting partners to establish their own offices in strategic locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard insurance partners who meet the premium generation criteria.
- Train partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
- Activate partners by assisting them in obtaining necessary licenses and certifications.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners to help them achieve their business goals.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and effective implementation of strategies.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges faced by partners in the field.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in the insurance industry with a focus on sales and distribution.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to travel extensively within Tamil Nadu.
