Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor. The Career Counselor will support students and professionals with career counseling, career development, and career management. They will also provide student counseling and support to ensure career success while nurturing passion for their chosen fields.
Qualifications
- Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills
- Experience in Student Counseling and support
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong ability to relate to students and foster a positive learning environment
- Ability to discern multiple career paths and make recommendations accordingly
- Experience working with diverse populations is a plus
