Drafting job descriptions, providing copies to the hiring managers and making revisions based on their feedback

Arranging phone, in-person and video conferences for meetings with potential technical professionals
Maintaining an organisation system to keep track of candidates' interview processes and provide useful communication with professionals about their application process
Staying within company recruitment budgets when hiring technical professionals
