Job description

We are a reputed CBSE school in Bahadurgarh Haryana dedicated to ensuring the safety and efficiency of student transportation. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Transport Incharge to manage our transportation operations effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of transportation services including bus routes schedules and driver assignments ensuring the safe and timely transport of students.
   
2. Maintenance Oversight: Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any issues promptly and minimize downtime.
   
3. Issue Resolution: Address transportationrelated issues or concerns promptly and efficiently ensuring effective communication with school administration parents and transportation staff.
   
4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of transportation activities including mileage fuel consumption maintenance logs and incident reports.
   
5. Staff Coordination: Provide guidance support and training to transportation staff as needed. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to ensure high standards of performance and professionalism.
   

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum of 56 years of experience as a Transport Incharge at a school or college with a proven track record of managing transportation operations effectively.
   
2. Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred.
   
3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
   
4. Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
   
5. ProblemSolving Skills: Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to address issues and find solutions promptly.
   
6. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
   
7. Knowledge of Safety Regulations: Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to student transportation.
