Job Description: Interior Designer (3DS Max and AutoCAD)
Position: Interior Designer Experience: Minimum 5 years Location: Rohtak Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer with extensive knowledge of good interior designing principles, 3DS Max, and AutoCAD software. As an Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, planning, and executing interior design projects, creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces for our clients. Your expertise in 3DS Max and AutoCAD will be instrumental in producing detailed visualizations and technical drawings, ensuring the successful implementation of design ideas. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their interior design requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Develop and present creative design concepts and mood boards that align with clients' needs and project objectives. Utilize your knowledge of good interior designing principles to create well-designed, functional, and visually appealing spaces. Create detailed 3D models and photorealistic renderings using 3DS Max to help clients visualize the proposed designs. Produce accurate technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and construction documents using AutoCAD, adhering to industry standards and regulations. Select suitable materials, furnishings, lighting fixtures, and decorative elements that complement the design concept and meet project specifications. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the timely procurement and installation of materials and furnishings. Oversee the execution of interior design projects, ensuring they are completed within the established timelines and budgetary constraints. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and quality of workmanship, addressing any issues that may arise. Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and materials in interior designing and implement innovative ideas in projects. Collaborate with other team members, such as architects and project managers, to integrate interior design concepts seamlessly into overall building designs. Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in 3DS Max and AutoCAD. Proficiency in 3DS Max, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software is essential. In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, color theory, and materials selection. Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box to deliver unique and innovative design solutions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present ideas and interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise technical drawings. Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and regulations related to interior design. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory (relevant work experience will be considered).
