Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Chef at HeeBee Coffee located in Ludhiana. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, from menu planning and food prep to ensuring quality and consistency of dishes. The Executive Chef will also manage the kitchen staff, order supplies, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience
• Expertise in food preparation and presentation
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Leadership and management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Creativity and innovation in menu planning
• Attention to detail and quality
• Experience with inventory management and cost control
• Experience with coffee shop and/or cafe menus is a plus
