Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller in Indore. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients or existing customers, presenting our CRM software, answering any questions, and closing deals. Additionally, the Telecaller will also be responsible for following up with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining customer databases and records.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English and/or Hindi
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Good people skills and the ability to build rapport with clients

Relevant experience in the real estate industry would be a plus, as would fluency in other regional languages.
