Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assembly Worker role located in Bhiwandi. The Assembly Worker will be responsible for mechanical assembly, using hand tools, quality control, and manufacturing. Additionally, the Assembly Worker will be responsible for training colleagues and ensuring that all assembly processes are carried out according to our high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand tools and knowledge of mechanical assembly processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Experience in training colleagues or leading a small team
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus
