Overview

The Telecaller Outbound at our insurance company plays a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers to offer our insurance products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to present our insurance products
  • Explain the features, benefits, and coverage details of various insurance plans
  • Understand customer needs and customize insurance solutions to suit their requirements
  • Conduct cold calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives
  • Follow up with prospective customers who have shown interest in our insurance products

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Effective negotiation and objection handling abilities
  • Basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or insurance are a plus
