Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a US Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for technical positions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the IT industry and possess excellent communication and networking skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in the US market
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry and various technical roles
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring technical candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively navigate job boards and social media platforms for candidate sourcing
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry events
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific technical positions
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating offers and coordinating onboarding
- Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future job opportunities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and provide guidance on market trends and talent availability
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding recruitment and selection
