PrismIT Corp is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager responsible for acquiring client accounts. The ideal candidate should have an established client relationship and a successful track record in acquiring IT clients. The primary goal is to identify potential clients and engage with Hiring Managers who regularly release contracts for IT staff augmentation services. The role involves developing existing vendor/client accounts, securing contracts, and expanding the network.

Key Skills:

- Deep understanding of the Staffing Industry.

- Proven success in acquiring new clients and business development.

- Ability to understand client requirements and maintain relationships.

- Utilize existing relationships to generate new business.

- Regular interaction with various levels of management, functional leads, staff, and customers.

- Willingness to travel as needed.

- Solely responsible for securing new job orders for recruiters.

- Excellent presentation and written communication skills for client interactions.

- Ability to effectively present services to both new and existing clients.
