Key Roles And Responsibilities - Function as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Daily Client inquiries on Zoho desk which includes our services.
- ∙Understanding the type of inquiry, responding to them on time, and service oriented manner.
- Getting on a client call as and when needed to build client relationships.
- Grow and maintain your network within assigned accounts through consistent and effective communication.
- Proactively contact prospective clients within assigned accounts to present opportunities for mutual growth. Be the bridge between what Translate By Humans offer and what the client needs.
- Effectively manage communications between clients and internal teams.
- In-depth knowledge and ability to handle queries regarding our services and solutions.
- Educate clients on service lines, solutions, pricing, availability, etc.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue quotas.
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts weekly.
- Maintain a robust and up-to-date pipeline for existing and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Self-starter with ability to modify set processes depending on the task at hand.
Requirements - 3 year+ of working experience in Account Management & Client Relationships.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- Strong sense of urgency, motivation and professionalism.
- Ability to work-well individually and as a member of a team.
- Strong Internet-research skills required.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload.
- Proficiency utilizing enterprise CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.
